Sepura Achieves ISO 27001 Security Certification
The British Standards Institute has endorsed Sepura for the handling of secure information, following our first ISO 27001 audit.
We are pleased to have achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, in recognition of our proven compliance of the highest level of information security management.
The British Standards Institution (BSI) issued the certificate following an extensive audit process, in which an organisation must demonstrate a systematic and documented approach to protecting and managing sensitive customer and company information. This includes intellectual property, employee and customer details, financial details and data entrusted to it by third parties.
“As a company delivering critical communications solutions to public safety organisations worldwide, it is vitally important for our customers, partners and employees to know we are protecting their assets and data.
Earning the industry’s most widely recognised information security certification is not only a key indicator of the thoroughness of our existing security programmes, it is also testament to Sepura’s ongoing and long-standing commitment to maintaining the highest level of security.”
Steve Barber, CEO, Sepura
